Spirit Release

Spirit Release sessions are done through guided meditation. You are guided into a focused meditative state where you learn how to protect your energy, your aura, and your living space from unwanted spiritual influence. The meditation teaches you how to strengthen your energy and keep negative or intrusive beings out of your personal energy and environment, including your home, land, and the spaces you spend time in.

During the meditation, you are guided step by step through identifying and removing spirit attachments, including ghosts, elementals, and dark or negative entities connected to you or your space. Everyone has spiritual activity around them in some form, and this work focuses only on removing beings that do not belong in your energy or home. Spirit guides and supportive beings are not removed. The purpose of this service is to teach you how to do this work yourself so that if paranormal activity or new attachments appear in the future, you know exactly what to do.

If you become stuck or unsure at any point during the meditation, intuitive support is used to help remove the attachment and guide the clearing process. This service is especially helpful for people who are psychic, empathic, or highly sensitive to spiritual energy, as well as those experiencing ongoing paranormal activity in their home or personal space.
