Where should I start?

Start with the free courses — the intro meditation course or Reset & Recharge. Both are free and give you a solid foundation. When you're ready to go deeper, Ascend Membership unlocks everything: the full course library, the Evolve Program, the meditation lounge, and the community.

What is the Ascend Membership?

Ascend is the MediSoul Wellness membership — $27 per month with a 7-day free trial. It gives you full access to every course, the guided meditation library, and the private community. New content is added regularly and is immediately available to all active members. Cancel anytime.

What's included in the Ascend Membership?

Your membership includes the full course library across all categories — Mind, Body, Soul, and Programs — the complete Meditation Lounge, the Evolve Program, access to the private community, and all new content added while your membership is active.

What is the Evolve Program?

The Evolve Program is MediSoul's most comprehensive course — a three-stage journey from beginner meditation through energy healing, chakra work, spirit guides, past lives, karma, soul contracts, and connecting with your higher self. Stage 1 is The Meditation Path, Stage 2 is The Healing Path, and Stage 3 is The Soul Path. Each stage builds on the last. It's included in full with Ascend membership.

How do I cancel my Ascend Membership?

  1. Log in to your account on the MediSoul Wellness website

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Select Settings from the menu

  4. Scroll to the Billing section

  5. Find your active Ascend Membership under Community or Subscriptions

  6. Click Cancel plan or Cancel subscription

  7. Confirm when prompted

Your access remains active through the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again unless you rejoin.

Do you offer refunds?

All membership payments are non-refundable. One-on-one services are also non-refundable, except when a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, in which case a full refund will be issued.

How do I book a one-on-one session?

Go to the Services tab on the website and choose the session you want. You'll be directed to the contact page to request your session by email. Include the service you're requesting and your preferred format — in-person or virtual.

Is MediSoul Wellness online or in-person?

MediSoul Wellness is primarily an online school. All courses and memberships are digital and accessible from anywhere. One-on-one sessions are available virtually, and in-person sessions may be available in the Derry, New Hampshire area. Contact us by email to ask about current in-person availability.

Can I share my membership or course access with someone else?

No. Memberships and course access are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred. Sharing login credentials is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in your subscription being suspended or terminated without refund.

How do I contact you?

All contact is handled by email at info@medisoulinstitute.com. MediSoul Wellness is a founder-led business — all emails are personally read and answered by Holly, the founder. There is no support team or call center, so responses may not be immediate, but every message receives a reply.
