The Ascend Membership is $25 per month and gives you full access to all courses and guided meditations through MediSoul Wellness. Your membership is hosted on Podia, where you can log in anytime to access the full course library and any new content added while you are an active member. As part of your membership, you also receive $20 off all one-on-one services, which you can use as often as you like while your membership is active.
Log in to your account on the MediSoul Wellness website.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.
Scroll down to the Billing section.
Find your active Ascend Membership under Community or Subscriptions.
Click Cancel plan or Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
After canceling, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period, and no future charges will occur unless you rejoin.
No. All membership payments are non-refundable. One-on-one services are also non-refundable, except when a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, in which case a full refund may be issued.
To book a one-on-one session, go to the Services tab on the website and choose the session you want. You will then be directed to the contact page, where you need to send an email requesting the session. In your message, include the service you are requesting and your preferred session format.

No. Memberships and course access are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the account holder. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your membership or courses is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If this occurs, your subscription may be suspended or terminated without refund, and access to all content may be permanently removed.
MediSoul Wellness, LLC is primarily an online business. Courses, memberships, and most services are offered digitally. One-on-one services may also be offered in person in the Derry, New Hampshire area at New Hampshire Electrolysis and Aesthetics, located on Birch Street in Derry, NH. All in-person sessions are held at this partnered business location and must be requested by email.
