By using this website or purchasing a membership, course, or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
The Ascend Membership is $25 per month. While your subscription is active, you receive full access to all courses, guided meditations, and membership-related content hosted on Podia.
Your membership also includes $20 off all one-on-one services, with no limit on how often the discount may be used. This discount applies only to the active membership holder. Membership access and service discounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. There are no family plans, group plans, or shared memberships.
Members may book one-on-one sessions as frequently as they choose and will receive the $20 discount on each eligible session while their membership remains active.
Memberships are for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or attempting to extend membership benefits to others may result in suspension or termination without refund.
If you cancel your membership, access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, all content, discounts, and benefits end unless you rejoin.
All payments are processed securely through Podia. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable, including partial months or unused access.
One-on-one services are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
If you cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or fail to attend the session, no refund will be issued. Last-minute cancellations block time that could have been offered to another client and are considered a used booking.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Podia account. Log into your account, go to your billing or account settings, and follow Podia’s cancellation process.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be charged the membership rate in effect at that time.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Newsletter status does not affect your membership or service access.
User data is collected and stored through Podia and required service providers used to operate the website and services. Cookies may be used to support performance and functionality. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.
All services, courses, sessions, meditations, and content provided by MediSoul Wellness, LLC are offered for educational, spiritual, personal development, and entertainment purposes only.
You acknowledge that MediSoul Wellness, LLC and Holly Janes are not a medical doctor, licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider. No medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice is provided.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or need immediate care, call 911 or contact your primary care provider or local emergency services immediately.
Participation is voluntary, and you are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, decisions, and outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted under New Hampshire law, you agree that MediSoul Wellness, LLC and Holly Janes are not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or financial outcomes related to participation.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
All content on the website and within memberships or courses—including videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, scripts, text, graphics, logos, and downloads—is owned by MediSoul Wellness, LLC or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access content for personal use while your access remains active.
You may not copy, record, distribute, share, sell, upload, or reproduce content, remove copyright notices, or use automated tools to collect content.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
Community spaces are intended for respectful learning and discussion. Harassment, harmful content, spam, or promotions are not permitted.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms, misuse of content, credential sharing, harassment, fraud, or abuse of membership benefits.
Courses, memberships, and services are delivered through Podia. While we aim for consistent access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for outages, downtime, or technical issues related to Podia or third-party platforms.
We may reference third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Memberships, courses, and services are available only to individuals age 18 and older. No minors may enroll or participate under any circumstances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MediSoul Wellness, LLC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
