Your Soul Path: A Journey Up the Mountain
Imagine a towering mountain, its base wide and rugged, its peak piercing the clouds.
A single path winds from the bottom to the top, twisting through rocky slopes and quiet valleys. This mountain is your soul’s journey. It’s the path you walk, life after life, to grow and learn. Everyone has their own path, and no one can walk it for you.
Long ago, when your soul first left its home, you stood at the mountain’s base. That was your first life, raw and wild. You were primal, driven by simple needs: food, shelter, survival. The world felt harsh, and your skills were few. Surviving was a struggle because you were new to the path. Each step you took was a life lived, a lesson learned.
As you died and returned, reincarnating through countless lives, you climbed higher. Every life moved you further up the mountain. You gathered skills along the way—maybe painting, music, or speaking with ease. These gifts weren’t random. You earned them in past lives, carrying them into this one like treasures from a long journey.
You also met others on the path. Your soul group formed—friends, family, or strangers who feel like home. These are souls who travel with you, popping up in different lives. Your best friend today might have been your sibling or neighbor in another time. Together, you help each other grow.
But not every step was smooth. In some lives, you stumbled. Maybe you hurt others, acted selfishly, or battled addictions. If you healed those mistakes, they stayed behind. If not, they turned into negative karma, trailing you like a shadow. That karma shows up in your life as struggles. Maybe you struggle with money, health, or relationships. The things that come easy to you, like making friends or chasing a passion, are lessons you’ve already mastered. The hard parts? Those are lessons still unfolding.
Now, picture yourself halfway up the mountain. You’re no longer at the base, fighting just to survive, but you’re not at the peak either. Up there, at the very top, are those who have graduated and become ascended masters, meaning they do not need to reincarnate anymore. They’ve walked the whole path, cleared their karma, and live fully as their soul. They’re free to move on.
You’re somewhere in between, climbing at your own pace. Every life you’ve lived has brought you here. The purpose of life is simple: to learn as a soul. Each challenge, each joy, is a lesson shaping you.
It could be your friend, maybe it’s a family member, but sometimes you see someone whose life is tangled with problems. Maybe they wrestle with addiction or can’t hold onto money or love. Your heart aches, and you want to help. It’s natural to care, to want them to feel the peace you’ve found, maybe through faith, exercise, or a way of living that lights you up.
But here’s the truth: you can’t make them walk your path. Their soul is on its own journey, maybe lower down the mountain. Forcing them to follow your way—your beliefs, your habits—stops their growth. It’s like dragging a kindergartener into a college class. They’re not ready. They must learn their own lessons, take their own steps, in their own time.
Think of Earth as a giant school for souls. Some are in kindergarten, learning the basics. Others are in middle school, high school, or even grad school. Then there are those who have graduated and become ascended masters, meaning they do not need to reincarnate anymore. If you’re further along, like a high schooler, guide those behind you. Show kindness and support, not control. Stay patient. No one forced you to climb your mountain. You took every step yourself. You need to let other people climb their mountain themselves as well.
Souls near the peak don’t demand or bully people to do what they think is best for them. They let people learn, they let them fall, and they let them grow because they are filled with calm, content, and inner peace. They know every soul learns in its own way, at its own time.
You’re a soul having a human experience. Your path is yours alone. Others might walk beside you for a while, then veer off. That’s not rejection—it’s their soul seeking the lessons it needs. Maybe religion guides you, or meditation, or even witchcraft. That’s beautiful for you. But it’s not for everyone. I don’t follow a religion. I follow my own rules because that’s what my soul needs. You do what yours needs.
Ask yourself: Where am I on this mountain? Near the base, full of struggle and survival? In the middle, balancing lessons learned and lessons to come? Or closer to the top, finding peace? If you’re pushing others to be like you, you’re not near the peak, no matter how wise you feel. True wisdom brings patience.
Your soul came from a unique home. It may be different from other people’s, and your soul is on its own specific life path that does not match anyone else’s on the planet. Yours is unique to yourself, and every other person on this planet has their own unique soul path they need to walk in order to learn and grow as a soul. That’s why your path isn’t theirs. If you’re curious about soul homes, I’ve written more in my other blogs and videos. Check them out.
See the world as a school, not a battlefield. Stay out of chaos unless your soul’s job is to dive in. Focus on your growth. Meditate. Heal old wounds. Let go of the past and don’t fear the future. Your guides placed you here for a reason, and they’re cheering you on.
My Evolve program was designed by spirit guides and the divine to help you learn who you are on a soul level. It teaches you how to meditate, how to clear your energy, how to connect to your spirit guides, and ultimately to figure out who you are as a soul and what you need to do to go back to your soul’s home. If you’re interested in that, check it out to learn more. Not ready for that? Definitely sign up for my newsletter to get more information.
