What Chakras Are
Chakras are energy centers in the body. They help move energy through you and support how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. Chakras help energy move through different parts of your body. Each chakra supports a specific area, such as feeling safe, feeling confident, expressing yourself, or trusting your inner guidance. What Happens When Chakras Get Blocked
