I put this collection of free guided meditations together for you so you can ease into meditation without pressure. Every meditation here is free, and you can take them in any order that feels right to you. Some days you might feel drawn to something calming or grounding. These meditations are here to meet you where you are. You do not need experience, special skills, or long practice times for this to help you.
