Each session begins with a short conversation about what you are dealing with and what you want to explore. From there, I guide you through a meditation that allows you to enter the spirit world so we can begin working on the situation you came in to understand.
During these sessions you will learn how to use meditation as a tool to access the spirit world and understand the spiritual cause behind what you are experiencing.

We focus on one issue per session. Most things people struggle with do not come from a single cause. They happen in layers. Think of it like an onion. One layer is addressed in a session, and when the next layer appears, that is what we work on next. This is how deeper spiritual work usually unfolds.

Sessions are 90 minutes and are available online or in person in Derry, New Hampshire.
Online sessions require a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. Headphones are required and your camera must remain on so I can read your energy during the session.
Please do not schedule a session while driving, at work, or anywhere you may be distracted. This work requires focus and a quiet environment.
Do not use alcohol or drugs before a session.
Sessions are currently available on Saturdays.
