How to Practice
Choose your position: Sit in a supportive chair or lie down somewhere you feel comfortable. Rest your hands gently, close your eyes, and begin to breathe slowly.
Follow the visualization: Imagine walking into the orchard, connecting with the ancient tree, and letting the pink light of love fill your body. Allow the golden boundary of protection to form around you.
Repeat the affirmations: Silently or aloud, say:
“I treat myself with love and respect.”
“I welcome only those who treat me with love and respect.”
“I have no room for those who do not honor me.”
