  2. Follow the visualization: Imagine walking into the orchard, connecting with the ancient tree, and letting the pink light of love fill your body. Allow the golden boundary of protection to form around you.

  3. Repeat the affirmations: Silently or aloud, say:

    • “I treat myself with love and respect.”

    • “I welcome only those who treat me with love and respect.”

    • “I have no room for those who do not honor me.”
      Let the words root deeply into your heart.
